Zoning Board · Meeting of February 26, 2026
Pembroke's Zoning Board of Appeals approved relief for a larger Honey Farms store at 208 Church Street. Applicant Global Companies LLC, represented by attorney Matt Snell, plans to replace a roughly 1,600-square-foot station with a roughly 3,660-square-foot building. The project would go from six to eight pump islands and shrink the food preparation area to 137 square feet, down from a 270-square-foot cap in the 1996 permit.
Vice Chair Chris McGrail's board took separate votes on the setback variances, the special permits and the findings on the existing uses. The board also approved a front porch at 103 School Street, a mulch and loam yard at 299 Oak Street, and a 40-by-70-foot storage barn at 163 Monroe Street. The Church Street plan still needs Planning Board site plan approval.
