Pembroke's Conservation Commission previewed boat ramp replacements at three ponds and parking upgrades at Lage Preserve. Gary DeBlois of LKB Engineering said the Furnace Pond ramp would be a 12-foot-wide precast concrete ramp, with just 73 square feet of newly disturbed area. Oldham Pond would also get an accessible kayak launch, ADA parking and a shade structure, and Lage Preserve would get six parking spaces, two of them accessible.

Members asked for invasive species signage at all three ramps. The commission voted unanimously to continue the 58 West Elm Street hearing to April 2 pending a DEP number, and Laura Campbell appeared as an applicant for a commission seat.
