Select Board · Meeting of April 15, 2026

Pembroke Select Board ratified the town manager's contract, then faced accusations of vulgar threats against a school official. The board voted 4-0 to ratify Town Manager William Chenard's three-year deal, which adds 2.5 percent raises in years two and three after a prior $20,000 salary "leveling." Minutes later, School Committee Vice Chair Allison Glennon read emails she said Select Board member Daniel W Trabucco sent her, including one stating, "Cut the shit or you and your cabal are in for a battle." Glennon said she filed a police report and a State Ethics Commission complaint and asked the board to consider censuring Trabucco and having him recuse from school budget votes. Select Board Clerk Richard Flynn defended the town's budget posture by phone.

Earlier, the board also recommended an $83,788,482 general fund budget and a $45,191,700 capital plan for the May 12 town meeting.
