PEMBROKE — The Planning Board continued its hearing on a rebuilt Church Street gas station to March 9. The board voted 5-0 by roll call to continue Global Companies LLC's request for site plan approval at 208 Church Street, where a Honey Farms store of roughly 3,700 to 3,800 square feet would replace the existing station. The plan calls for eight dispensers serving 16 vehicles, 28 parking spaces and no EV chargers.
Deb Keller of Merrill said the outstanding items were largely housekeeping, but the outside traffic peer review was unfinished. The applicant must still win Zoning Board of Appeals relief on Feb. 23 and Board of Health septic approval. The board also took no action on a Halifax landowner's request about a Moore Street paper street.
