Planning Board · Meeting of June 22, 2026

Pembroke Planning Board approved a 22-unit housing project on Washington Street and reshuffled two regional committee seats. The board voted 6-0 by roll call to close the hearing on Whatbarn LLC's Site Plan SP4-26 and special permit, then approved the project, two zoning waivers, and amended conditions requiring new lighting near a mailbox and parking area after member Heather Tremblay said the spot was "pretty darkly lit." Daniel Taylor was absent; Stephan Roundtree voted remotely by speakerphone. The board also appointed Vice Chair Alysha Siciliano-Perry as its representative to the Affordable Housing Committee, replacing outgoing Chair Andrew Wandell, and as the town's new delegate to the Old Colony Planning Council.

Senior Housing Planner Jason Desrosier told the board Pembroke's updated Housing Production Plan is due to the state by June 2027.
