Pembroke home sales range from $240 to $815 in September, with two lots on one street selling to builders

Pembroke recorded eight property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Six carry a sale price so far, ranging from $240 to $815 with a median of $557; two sales, on Mirmar Drive and Country Club Circle, have no price yet in registry data. The top recorded sale was 205 West Elm St. at $815. The month's notable pattern: two adjoining lots on Priscilla Drive sold the same day, Sept. 8, each for $240, to two different limited liability companies. With a third of sales still missing price data and no comparison data provided, the month's overall market tone cannot be characterized beyond the raw count and range.
