Pembroke Records Eleven Property Transfers as Family Trust Deeds Outnumber Disclosed Sales
Pembroke recorded 11 property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only five deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $350 to $750 with a median of $665. The period's top disclosed sale was 82 Hamilton Dr. at $750, sold by Patrick and Catherine O'Toole, trustees, to Gary and Amanda Laramee. Five of the 11 transactions moved property into trusts bearing the same owner's name, including three separate properties from seller Anthony Delacono, and none of those five disclosed a price. Overall, six of the 11 recorded deeds, a majority, carried no disclosed consideration.
