Pembroke Records Ten Property Transfers From Late July Into August
Plymouth County deed records show 10 Pembroke property transfers between July 24 and August 22. Six included a disclosed price, ranging from $225 to $730 with a median of $667; the other four did not disclose a price. The top recorded sale was 200 Pleasant Street at $730, sold by Joseph B. and Melissa M. Palaza to Mark and Denise Leshefsky. No street had more than one transfer. Four of the 10 deeds show a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, consistent with family or trust transfers, though the data does not indicate why. Bed, bath and square footage figures are not available from deed records for this period.
