George W. Guay, 93, of Pembroke, died June 22, 2026. He is survived by his wife Marie; his daughters, Lisa Bisgounis (Paul) of West Barnstable, Katherine Guay (James Platek) of Pembroke, and Natalia Guay of Pembroke; and his grandsons, Robert Rowe of Akron, OH and Matthew Rowe of South Portland, ME. He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Gilbert and Hubert Guay, and his son William G. Guay. Visitation and a funeral Mass were held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Sullivan Funeral Homes (Hanover) and Our Lady of the Angels (St. Mary's Church) in Hanover, respectively. Memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of The Congregation of Notre Dame, 3135 Easton Turnpike, Fairfield, CT 06825, per the family's wishes. Robert S. "Rob" Lavoie, 75, of Pembroke, died June 24, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Anne M. Lavoie (Barbuto); his sisters, Jeanne Tropeano of Hull and Debbie (Cliff Garston) of Plymouth; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert J. Lavoie and Ruth M. Lavoie (Shaughnessy), and his brother-in-law James Barbuto. Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sullivan Funeral Home, Hanover. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Boston, followed by burial at 11:30 AM at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Funeral arrangements were under the care of James A. Murphy & Son Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation per the family's wishes.
